KAMAP offers a diverse range of one, two and three bedroom apartments, townhouses and duplexes located throughout Isla Vista. In addition to large bedrooms that comfortably fit two people, KAMAP also offers a unique selection of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 person units with "singles", giving each person in the unit their own space. Most of our units have been completely remodeled in the last 2 to 4 years, and all are in excellent shape.
All of our apartments come with Water and Trash/Recycling service (note: the Duplexes pay for their own water). Some units additionally come with free use washers/dryers, garages, multiple balconies or patios and fenced yards.

At KAMAP there is NO application fee, NO interview process and NO waiting period. The apartments and houses are simply leased on a first come, first serve basis.
